Jacob's CHAOS is here to meet all of your desktop needs including:

I am here to handle all of your Desktop Support needs, wether you need onsite assistance or would like to drop your computer off for the needed service. I support Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP, Linux, FreeBSD, and Mac OS based systems.
I will repair, maintain, upgrade, install, configure your systems. I will preform system backups for you, or help you learn to manage your own system.
I will teach you how to use applications and hardware. This can be done one on one or in a group setting.
I will write technical documents and instructions for you. From general user "how to's" to more complex system reviews.
I will consult with you to define your computing needs, and plan strategies to meet those needs.
